cool, but sp and st and ag isnt a factor in the wage...sp,st,ag are the most important at this stage IMO.

ag= agility?

agilitiy has an influence on the wage. Agility, a secondary skill, is not so important for most positions. So train first physicals and primary skills.

Hehe sorry poor Admin!

You write thing clear and even for me is understand

But look like no one read manual

Manual:
Agility helps carrying the ball and avoiding tackles and blocks and sacks.

Carry: KR WR TE RB FB
Avoid tackle: KR WR TE RB FB OL
Avoid block: DL eventuall LB
Avoid sack: QB

Look like it is helpful for near all team and because this i would not say "is not so important for most positions"

Good thing is: more and more got confidence Knights and new managers are not so different in knowing level.

guess we definitely train differently here as i would have agi as one of the more important skills before your primary training.

What I don't get is, why agility is a such odd combination:

- part of physical training like it is a physical
- has a cap, like it is a physical
- is wage relevant like a technical skill

a little bit strange ...

What i not understand why there skills with no regulation by salary

Speed and Strength

You will pay a fast or strong player in real life more than a slow player

So why here is not effect for salary this idont understand and find huge strange!

Also Talent should have effect on salary and also smaller effect the Intelligenz like a on top salary bonus.

When you know Al Davis he draft only because of speed and pays lot of money for early drafts

True, but if you take the same wage rules for speed and strength, no team could affort players with top physical skill above 40.

Its only mathematical for formula!

Remember what admin write

Skill 1 = 75% potential
Skill 50 = 100% potential

So just in background you need to nivelize

For Speed Strength

Skill 1 = 85% potential
Skill 50 = 100% potential

So all new players would not have Speed&Strength at starting team for 30+ but for 15-20

This 15-20 would be wage driver for sure but even new teams it would not kill!

only the skill cap for Speed & Strength thean have to be adjust and lower them

Would have the same effect as now and Speed&Strength would be effect for salary

it is only mathematical adjustion.
