Some words on agility:

Agility has a cap, so you can't have training to 50 for all of your guys. Since AGI is used heavily in the engine it makes sense to "equip" several different positions with it - and by having those caps we try to avoid "cookiecutters". That's it.

Keep on arguing, funny to read

Agility is a developing skill here, not like strength and speed. As someone mentioned already the problem came on when introdusing drafts and the high skilled players you could get out of it. When I thought about it the first time I had the opinion, there shouldnt be any "free of charge" skills in the game. But the youth academy thing keeps a player for 4 years. I could decide between making it wage relevant or not, and decided not to do it. This way the youngsters can stay in the YA, and can get heir speed/strength to the max, without any influence of the starting wage when entering the season.

I understand the youth academy argument and it is a good one.
But from my point of view the same can be said for agility.
Well ... it is as it is ...
