As much as I think Tebow is hyped, at least he has passion and the players seam to response to that. I say Tebow.

Go with Tebow. I think they burned Orton when they sidelined him this weekend. And Tebow showed at least some impressing leadership skills and passion.
Plus: If it works out the fans will love the organisation for...ever! |

I think Orton is a known commodity and he's probably mediocre at best. Not sure were Tebow will end up, but at some point, you need to play him and see.

i dont think either of them can do the job the fans want and neither will get the team to the playoffs any time soon so give Tebow a chance IMO as long as the raiders keep beating them
