OK, there are a few possible direction. HR to HR I think the manager should be able to negotiate a new contact HR to NON-HR I think the wage should be based on the skills, not on the contract, now. NON-HR to HR The manager should be able to negotiate a new contract. NON-HR to NON-HR I think, since it will be changed for the HR to NON-HR case, also here a new calculation based on the skills should be done. |

I do not get your NO a) im against recalculating In most cases it is positiv for the buyer especiall when not have the HR and this case is a single happening as i see b) because "i lost already" and most manager want a "yes", so i say: if "they no HR owner" want the "positive effect", than there should be also positive effect by recalculating the salary every time for the transfered player to a non HR team |

I think teams should be able to sign players to bad contracts, but there probably should be some check to prevent "mistake" type contracts. For example, 2x okay - - 10x would get blocked.
