NC North
Returning Teams SF and Mystic are original members of the division and have competed back and forth every season. Both finished 12-4 in season 2 with Mystic winning the division. Both finished 14-2 in season 3 with Mystic winning the division. Both teams went to the conf. championship game that season with SF winning. In season 4 SF won the division with a 14-2 record going to the championship game again. Mystic finished with a 12-4 record. Season 5 SF won the division with a 14-2 record and Mystic finished with a 10-6 record. Season 6 Mystic won the division with a 14-2 record and went to the champoinship game. SF finished with a 13-3 record. Why detail that? To show that either Mystic or SF could win this division as both have either finished 1st or 2nd in the division every season and both have been in the playoffs every season. SF hasn't lost more than 4 games any single season and Mystic hasn't lost more than 6 any single season. New Teams Winnipeg and Birka are the new teams in this division. Both went to their respective conf. championship games with Winnipeg winning theirs. This division has had the 2 big guns every season and they have also had new teams every season. Will these two teams stick around? It will be tough for them to compete on talent level. Predictions 1. SF (I think the more balanced engine will help me?) 2. Mystic 3. Winnipeg 4. Birka |

Returning Teams All 4 teams are returning. This is a fun division. Horada won it in season 2. In season 3 Yurop and N Riviera joined the division with less than spectacular records. That was the last season that Horada won the division. In seasons 4 and 5 Yurop wins the division with double digit victories. In season 6 it was N Riviera's turn to rise up and take the division. I think N Riviera did a fantastic job of long range planning as I think he is positioned to win the division for a while. Predictions 1. N Riviera 2. Horada 3. Yurop (although I can see them finishing 2nd) 4. Fighters |

Returning Teams This should be renamed the NC Girona division as Girona has won this division comfortably for 5 seasons in a row. No other team in this division has had double digit wins while the Girona has won between 14-16 games a season. Season 6 was interesting as Girona had its worst record ever at 13-3 whilst Scarlett posted its first ever winning season in 1.1 with a 9-7 record. Could Scarlett be gaining? New Team State Smashas come into this division after making it to their championship game last season. They have an uphill climb on their hands... Predictions 1. Girona 2. Scarlett (playoffs this season?) 3. Luddites 4. State Smashas |

You guys are crossing with my division this season. Could make for some great close games. Well, I expect to get my ass handed to me but I'm sure Sweaty and the others have different plans.
As for sfniners predictions about my division, they're pretty much on the spot. I might have held some hope of upsetting Madrid again but I've lost 2/5 starting OL to retirement along with my best WR and TE. Another relegation battle for me. Last edited on 2013-01-23 16:22:16 by yeyeye |

Nice work as always, SF.
I would not be surprised if my team took a step back this season. I'm probably going to change around some defensive players' positions depending on how my draft goes. But who knows, now that the free TD engine is gone I might not get embarrassed like I did in the playoffs.  |
