Indeed, he has been a no factor for quite some time. I was just reading an article on why the Cowboys should get rid of Demarcus Ware. Im not sure I agree with that.

Yeah I hear you on D-Ware, I hope they can find a way for him to stick around. But he will have to take a pay cut so I don't know if he will be around next season.

Sorry to highjack your thread Xeno, sorry about your Colts. I was pulling for them. I'm sure the Colts will be very competitive for years to come with Andrew Luck.

Cowboys wont get anywhere close to the playoffs. They (media) will do the usual offseason banter about players saying "this is the season" and way too much media attention thanks to Jones, thus resulting in the usual Cowboy hate from everyone who thinks the players have something to do with this. Not to mention we are 25 mil over the cap and have to cut and/or restructure contracts from "star" players. Bye Miles Austin, and from an article I just read maybe goodbye to Ware as well.

So it's the media's fault if the Cowboys don't make the POs now?

I think my point went way over your head. Cowboys arent nearly good enough to make the playoffs. Period. They have way too many needs and I think Romo's window is closed. But, as usual, Jerry Jones and the media will get some type of false hype train going about the Cowboys and "this is the year we make it" going.

I find it hilarious that no one is talking about how awful Luck has been in the post season. Against KC he was atrocious, but he was given that win in a gift wrapped hand basket because that defense was so awful. Against the Pats he had 4 ints (2 were only his fault) which some will do the usual "not his fault" drill.

I think everyone needs to wait before crowning Luck or Griffin before they prove themselves in the post season. For now I am glad to see some potentially awesome games coming up for the AFC and NFC championship games

It didn't hence the smiley. I just wanted to make fun of the Cowboys because in Philly we only support two teams, the Eagles and whoever plays against Dallas

Ha. I was making this exact point to a friend of mine earlier today.
