What I get out of this thread is:
If your YA finds someone with 1 star or less... Drop them immediately! They're not worth the amount of work it'll take to train them up. |

It seems like the YA guys are getting as much as a player getting all the snaps possible(O+D+ST). So yeah worth keeping there it seems. |

from my experience I find a player who enters the YA at 16 and leaves just before they turn 21 can gain up to 1.5 stars.
