don't take Friendlies to serious, game results there are wonky as hell. Plus Simkon is an established Veteran with a pretty significant Talent in his roster, who went 8-8 last syeason at the highsets stage of the game.
The Becko Ratings are a very good indicator of Team Quality. Becko said that you are a 143 Team, with Simkon being around 220, so Becko predicts that the expected point spread (under normal game Settings) between you two would be Simkon by 77. In that sense, losing by 50 is actually better than what should be expected from the roster differences. All goes to say: Don't take that result as a bad sign, your'e actually doing fine!  |

Thanks guys. Tone in forums can sometimes sound harsher than meant, I like the direction my team is going. The way the game went is what slightly
irritated me. First it was 0-0 at the end of the first quarter and then the dam broke. The cherry on top was the very nice drive my team put together in the 4th quarter down to the 2 only to stall.
Just the way the game went. Looking at Beckos does give a bit of positive perspective. As for the lines I started improving them at the beginning of this season. Just bought 2 OL and working on more for both lines. I've been getting outbid on most but plan to keep plugging away on both. LBs as well. |

This week's friendly was much better. We missed an extra point in the third quarter and that came back to haunt us. Time ran out for us at the 20 down 4. Had we kicked the PAT in the third we would have only been down 3 and could have kicked the field goal to tie.
The team needs plenty of work but I have hope that when we come up next season that we can steal a few games. |

I started a few weeks ago with some PB work and at the moment I'm thinking to change it back to my very basic rookie one... |
