Sedalia Slugs will get out of the pool, since they finished last on second try, according to the rules, the rest will get back to the pool and will be ready for another try in 3 seasons.

Remember the rules:

Basic rules for being eligible:
- A team had to be part of the 1.1 for at least 4 seasons.
- A team was not part of a HOF selection vote for the last season and the season before.
- A teams first 1.1 season has to be at least 7 seasons in the past.
- A team was not voted last place in its second or later run being eligible and part of the bracket

Basic rules for selection:
- A team with 4 seasons must get a TOP 3 vote in the summary to be in.
- All other teams do need a TOP 4 vote in the summery to be in.
- In a voting bracket a minimum of 2 eligible teams and a maximum of 10 eligible teams can be member of that bracket.
- If fewer teams are in a bracket, fewer teams than the TOP 4 will be selected.
10 teams in the bracket -> 4 teams for HOF
9 to 8 teams in the bracket -> 3 teams for HOF
7 to 6 teams in the bracket -> 2 teams for HOF
5 to 2 teams in the bracket -> 1 team for HOF
- teams which do not get the needed votes for the HOF will get back into the pool of eligible teams and will get another chance in the 3. selection process after the last one, where they failed.
- teams which got voted last on their second run or later being eligible and part of the bracket do not get back into the pool of eligible teams.

Basic rules for voting:
- teams have to be voted with 20 points or less
- the highest voted teams get 20, the lowest votes team gets two time the points as teams are in the bracket plus one minus the voted place. ((#teams on bracket +1 - #place)*2)

This season features again a wild range of profiles.
We have AFC Luku Tábor making their 4th try (season 15 + 18 + 21) and River City Ice on their 3rd attempt to enter the hall (season 18 + 21).
Hot Pigs / Las Pezia Pigs and Benik Cowboys are here for the 2nd time (season 21) and Gorillas and sentinals on their first time of participation each.
To fill the field up I selected as still playing team the Newhouse Eagles.
That makes it 7 teams to chose from.

Summery
River City Ice had a astonishing stamina. They went into the league 3.1 midseason 7, won the division and had an early playoff exit.
A BOT flush elevated them to level 2.1 and they won the division and the conference.
Next season at level 1.1 they did not win many games and had to relegate after a lost relegation game.
Back in the 2.1 they won again the division, but lost in the conference championship game and lost also the relegation game.
Thanks to the BOT flush they still made it back to 1.1, only to relegate, again!
They then spend 2 healthy season in 2.1 only to come back to 1.1 by BOT flush and this time they stayed, until they left the game, end of regular season 17, after 11 seasons of playing.

Why in the HOF?
They did play 11 seasons and did overcome many losses and had for sur enot many motivating seasons.
Still willing to advance, they stayed and were later a stable part of the 1.1.

Why not in the HOF?
The team did not really catch up.
They made the playoffs in the 1.1 only once and did never played supercup playoffs.
They were already on the down spiral, again, when they left.

Summery
The Pigs started shortly before the end of season 8 in level 3 and went through the BOT flush into league 2.1 for season 9.
The won their division, but went out of the playoffs after one game.
Avoiding a BOT flush this time they returned to win the division in season 10 only to lose again their first playoff game.
in their 3rd season in the 2.1 they won the division and conference, advancing to level 1.
From season 12 on they were part of the 1.1 and did become better season after season, until they won the division in season 19 and were also highly favoured to win it again in season 20.
But at the start of season 20 did the team fall BOT after a few games.

Why in the HOF?
The team did a classic build phase and stayed for 12 season, which is not often to happen.
They were able to build a competitive squad over seasons.
They had a smart building phase in 2.1 for 3 season, and were only limited in 1.1 by quite powerful other teams inside their division.
In season 17 they did rename themselves to Las Pezia Pigs which they kept as name until they fell BOT in season 20.

Why not in the HOF?
The Pigs had all the time to build a very good team, but become only late in their career a competitive team, never winning a playoff match in 1.1.
In Supercup they never qualified for a supercup playoff game.

Summery
The Cowboys did start promising in 3.1 in season 7 and went all the way to level 1 in 4 seasons and won their division in season 13.
But instead of going further up for some time, the team did fall apart and went back and forth to level 2 and level 1, only to fall BOT on level 2 in season 20.
They played for 14 seasons on RZA, but never won a Bowl on any level.
Still, it took a lot of effort to keep the team alive that long, winning 2 conference championships on level 3 and 2 and several divisions on all levels.
It's the first team in the HOF votes so far which went BOT on level 2 after reaching level 1 at some point.

Why in the HOF?
Nobody can deny their stamina. They were never the best team, but they played for so many seasons on so many levels, which is not often to be found.
They were able to won some titles on the lower level, even never the biggest ones.

Why not in the HOF?
The team went never into second gear, mind the 3rd or higher one.
It seems them strategy of the manager never went to full speed and the team did vanish more or less after rollover behind an early playoff loss a season before in level 2.

Summery
The sentinals did start in 3.2 in season 13, went to the Bowl, but lost. They played in the 2.1 in season 14, but failed to make the playoffs and went to 1.1 only by BOT flush.
The team did need some time to adjust to the level 1 gameplay but did win the division from season 18 onwards, until they did lose interest in the team in season 23 and went BOT.
Unfortune for the team did it not win a single playoff game in 1.1.
The manager did then came out and declared he was the former manager of the Porto Slackers Budijujuda.
The community did decide that both teams should be judge individually, so here are the sentinals.

Why in the HOF?
Well, the team did stay for some time and did play well in the 1.1, they were even on the edge to get their first playoff win, but the rebuilding process did stop that.
Regardless did the team make some marks inside the region.
The manager was always friendly.

It came never to the highest level of play and when the first problems came up with the roster the team went BOT.
