Ugh, I got double training, but that means quite a few players who I had been working on carefully have hit caps early.
I'd set training to hit exactly .9, with a view to 90% next time, and now they have capped as .1 or .2 instead of the planned .4 or .5 |

I was able to pull my youth before the delay training and he got trained as well....too bad he was too lousy for it to really matter. :-(
