Below is how the prize money for tournaments is given out.
Prize Money Champ of Champs Winner: 10,000,000 Global Bowl: 5,000,000 League Bowl Winner: 2,000,000 Conference Champions: 1,000,000 It seems to me that now there is an elite league the prize money should better reflect the ambitions of managers. We now have a legitimate Super Bowl in the Elite Bowl. Surely this is the competition we should all eventually try to win. The Supercup is a season long tournament that brings in revenue for the first 15 weeks for all then turns into a knockout 'cup' format where the luck of the draw plays a significant part. The champions cup is a nice diversion but doesn't have all the best teams in. Only a fraction of elite teams play in it and is really only fought for by a fraction of participants. I'd like to see the order of prize money in this order Elite League Bowl Winner: 6,000,000 Global Bowl: 4,000,000 Elite Conference Champions: 3,000,000 1.1 League Bowl Winner: 3,000,000 Champ of Champs Winner: 2,500,000 1.1 Conference Champions: 1,500,000 2.x League Bowl Winner: 1,500,000 2.x Conference Champions: 750,000 I'd be interested if I'm alone in this view. Doubt it could be changed for this season rollover but just seems to better represent the fact that we do now have a legitimate Super Bowl. |

Sorry to say, but no. When we introduced Elite is was made clear there would be no financial advantage to League D1 level. To keep this promise I cannot raise the price money for Elite.
