IMGregory gave us very lengthy and candid interview as well as having a financial strategy of which the editor can fully agree with

Question 1.
It is fair to say that you've have struggled this season. What do you think is the cause of this?

Well we didn't quite finish where we wanted to in either League or SC last season, which put us in an uneasy spot from the word go to start this season as it threw our projective balances out of whack. Also, some key retirements have us playing untested guys as now key starters. We knew we'd take a bit of a hit, but I honestly thought we'd at least be 4-1 right now. We'll still be a playoff team, I'm sure of that. Are we the biggest dog in the yard? Not anymore, at least right now, but we still have some bite.

Question 2.
What the hell happened to RB Callum Adair who scored 10 TD's and is then cut from your team?

He was costing us over 300k in weekly salary, when his backup was essentially the same style of runner he was for a lot less. Even if I didn't have my money woes, he'd still be gone. At the end of the day, he simply didn't fit into my long-term plans.

Question 3.
What do you think will be the deciding factor in this game?

We just need every guy on our team to Do... Their... Job. Right now everyone's trying to be the hero out there, and it's leading to mistakes, and dumb mistakes at that. If our guys can just do their job and trust the other 10 guys on the field with them to do theirs, we'll be fine.

Question 4.
What was your best buy on the Transfer Market ever?

I don't really focus too much on stuff like that. I'm trying to look towards the future

Question 5.
Related to question 1 but focusing more on the long term, give me the state of your team and what you project it to be over the coming 5 seasons. Will you be a stable Elite team by then?

I'm more worried about our team getting over the hump and winning the Bowl game for once. Once we do that, then and only then will we worry about having stability in Elite.

Question 6.
What NFL team do you support in real life and why?

What does that have to do with this? I thought we were here to talk about my team and the upcoming game we have.

inranger came in for his first GOTW interview and here is what he / she had to say:

Question 1.
Last season you ended with a 4-12 record yet now you already clocked up 3 wins already. How would you describe the season up till now?

I have to be satisfied with the season so far. As a relative newcomer to this league I realize that it will take time to become truly competitive. I'm hoping to take a step forward this season.

Question 2.
Your salary bill is probably the lowest in the league. Will there be a spending spree soon or is part of your philosophy?

I have to be satisfied with the season so far. As a relative newcomer to this league I realize that it will take time to become truly competitive. I'm hoping to take a step forward this season.

Question 3.
What do you think will be the deciding factor in this game?

Like most of my games, turnovers seem to be a deciding factor. So if I can win the turnover battle I may have a chance to make it close.

Question 4.
Related to question 1 but focusing more on the long term, give me the state of your team and what you project it to be over the coming 5 seasons.

Like I stated earlier, I now have a core established that I'm satisfied with. In 5 years some on that core will be reaching their peak and I hope to be competitive in most games at that point.

Question 5.
What NFL team do you support in real life and why?

Unfortunately it's the Colts. I support them simply because they are my "home" team.
