Just a few more snaps and a clean tactic without strange ways to lose a game as example, and he will jump to 2.5 stars...

Oh, and playing him OL and LB and Special Team doesnt help you gaining experience, it causes damage on your experience gain...

If your player has more than the average 70 snaps if he is a starter, and more than - lets say max 30 special teams snaps...you have real problems beside experience gain. This player from the example above has summed up more than 150 snaps per game...which is ridiculous... |
