Answers:

1) Jack - I didn't mean we shouldn't do it because Cheesehead is doing so. I was trying to clarify what was being asked. There is also the possibility of working with Cheesehead e.g. we do this for Monarchs but we could send to him to publish for everyone if he wishes.

2) Flandur - I would be happy to help out on the English, if needed.

Thanks for the link to the Super Duper In-Depth Guide! There's a lot of helpful stuff in there. I'm going to go change a lot of my position assignments now.

Thanks, that guide is enormous. He put a lot of work into that.

I didn't see much on youth pulls though. Any advice on how to analyze the kids? Or a tree of what the descriptions mean?

I think that the analysis shown depends upon how good your coaches are and even then it is not always accurate.

I also think that the value of the YA players depends upon where you are in the game. To give an example I now tend to just look for 16 year olds that are either superfast or super strong (45-50?) and have good Teamwork as that is what determines how quickly their skills improve. Mine sit in the YA until they are about to turn 21 and then get promoted. This gives me plenty of time to see how viable they are and if their skills are too low they get cut.

However, when you are starting out YA players will often be better than the current players in your team and it is a cheap way of getting new players (rather than the transfer market). I would, at the start, just go for high teamwork, then the youngest age (more time to develop) look at STR and SPD but you're unlikely to see more than 30 in either.

Again at the start I would sign one every week until you fill the positions that you need and also fill up your academy. This process will also enable you to see how they compare to your scouts rating e.g. if your scout says quite strong what sort of strength does the guy come out with as his max?

Of course this is just a rule of thumb but it is how I have worked. I don't know if other coaches may have different viewpoints.

A level 20 scout is also very important for that.

Congratulation on the Supercup win, Jack.
I hope the next 2 games are mine.

Thaks Jack. I was surprised at the size of the win. Maybe your QB needs some new glasses?
I hope that we have the measure of you now. Anyway I am sure that our fothcoming games will be just as exciting and/or crazy as ever.

Honestly I don't understand why this guy is sometimes so interception prone.
Without those turnovers this would hve gone completely different.

I know and I realy do feel bad about making those huge payments into his Swiss bank account but needs must

In all seriousness I sometimes have the same problem and don't understand why - well, truth be told my curent QB is not so experienced but in the last 2-3 seasons my very experienced QB has had the same problem. Why? C'est la vie?
