Ho fatto un topic su "Suggestion" dal nome "Rework young Academy",in cui suggerisco di togliere i diciannovenni dallo youth pull perchè inutili dato che sono troppo grandi per essere allenati a dovere.
In alternativa ho proposto di inserire i quindicenni(magari solo per i proprietari dell'Accademy) e di aumentare proporzionalmente la skill base del ruolo dei giocatori in base anche all'età. Ad esempio un ricevitore di 16 anni può partire con 15 di ricezione,uno di 17 con 18,uno di 18 con 21.
