I was thinking king and the morale part of relaxed is great but what if this mode didn't let the effort drop, but instead pushed more back ups into the game at full speed. I'm sure there are all sorts of variables that could play off of this but starters get the morale boost from the rest and back ups get the boost because they got more game action.
Just an idea |

Training is reduced when you play relaxed, so not a good idea if you wish to improve your team.

Just an idea You already can do this by changing your first strings on Depth Chart. |
