Thanks. I am just as surprised. Two upgrades, lately, plus a bit better fitness than on average throughout the season probably gave us the chance for the upset.
Happy to see my team sometimes makes good on a bit of luck. Good luck in the playoffs, Leopards. I hope next time we'll have something better to do in the postseason than to cheer for other teams. |

Wildcard Playoff 
Black Habaneros @ Doves => Habaneroes In the second half of the season, Doves were no longer convincing. Hopping Rabbits @ Leverkusen Leopards => Leopards Clear favorite: Leopards KAFakofers @ Hemet Hooligans => Hooligans Clear favorite: Hooligans Paxtang Black Panthers @ Trnje => Black Panthers Clear favorite: Black Panthers |

Right, Wildcard games are coming.
2024-09-24 17:00 Wildcard Playoff Black Habaneros vs. Doves Doves are clearly the underdog. No game during the season, so no indication. Doves had MOTY their last game do get here, but that PC loss and the opponent will be too much. Habaneros win. Hopping Rabbits vs. Leverkusen Leopards The Rabbits have to play my team and are the underdog on the road. Last year a 2 score win by the Leopards. Leopards win. KAFakofers vs. Hemet Hooligans Hooligans weaker during the season than before, thanks to the financial problems and the consequences on the roster. Still the talent should be enough to win here. Hooligans win. Paxtang Black Panthers vs. Trnje Trnje did win their BOT filled division and play here, but in reality the team is not worth a playoff spot. Panthers win. |

The Rabbits did have a tremandous quarter in the 4th, but at the end did they not gain enough to score again. My team did run down the clock to win by a score.

Hooligans win. Here the game did just go on and on the same way, Hooligans did outscore the opponent in every quarter and the most in the 4th because of a punt return TD.

Next round, Divisional games: 2024-09-28 17:00 Divisional Playoff Black Habaneros vs. Suchdol Minors The game did happen twice already in this season and it was a sweep by the Minors. Here I expect a clear win by the home team. Minors win. Hemet Hooligans vs. Caplit e salama Caplit e salama never won this matchup so far, this season it did happen and was won by 2 points by the Hooligans. The conditions are more or less the same now. Hooligans should be the better team, but it will be again close. Upset potential is high here. Still ... Hooligans win. Leverkusen Leopards vs. Trnava Saints The game was won by 5 this season by my team, but this can go any way. If my QB decides to play again Ryan Leaf, Saints will win. If he decides to play Payton Manning, we will win. I will not bet against my team, so ... Leopards win. Paxtang Black Panthers vs. Ruhrpott Miners Another close game, and both can win here. On last gameday the Miners won by 9, but any error can lead to an advantage to the Panthers or the Miners. Hometeam has 60%+ chance to win this. Miners win. |
