I’ll buy your 3.5* OL Efren Rios if you would like to TL him. I will TL one of my depth OLs Curt Newcomb in return if you need to replace him with a lower wage alternative in your roster

guys, i'm sorry I put you onto something like this. I'm still learning how this game works, and it's harder than I expected, plus with the money I had and the money I'd earn per game I thought I would had enough just like last season. didn't seem to be the case, Id just like to say you don't have to spend money to save me, I can start from scratch It is not a problem for us to help. It's a problem if you don't learn. RZA is a hard game. You have the HR dept so take this opportunity to Transfer Market everyone making six figures or is over 27 years old. You need to save money,(NO FREE AGENTS) until you have a full capacity stadium and $50M to start each season. My first 2 seasons we made $70 and then $125M in yearly profit as the stadium grew. Just dump all those players now while you have the help to get them off your roster. If you give up now and start from scratch after all the help you have received........I seriously don't know that you would be welcome back in the NC West. |

If you want to recover your finances you need to reduce your overall wage budget to around 1.5m or less. The lower you go the quicker it will recover. In 2-3 seasons you can have 200+ million in the bank. I reckon to break even you can push your wages to almost £3million with a fully completed stadium... I started a rebuild in S54. I havent got back to where i was and i continue to slowly build the team. Ive almost left a few times. Ive almost started again a few times. I still might leave before S61 as i cannopt get to grips with the playbook and simply dont have time to scout other teams. But for now im still here. My advice - stick with the team you have, build back your finances, strip out the overpaid talent. Build your stadium. It will take you just as long to do that as it will to start again. |

Good Advise ![]() I'm in a better financial situation now. I halved my salary to €2.3 million and now have around €180 million in my account again. The stadium is the most important thing, followed by the media center. That pays the players' salaries. The Playbook is also the hard part of the game. |

I was at -3M, now I'm at 111,126.
I'm probably going to sell Kei Sanjo, and then replace it with a cheaper WR. |

You are lucky to have those buddies helping you.
As I can see it, your wages (coaches and players) are right now at 3.85 mio per update, which is good. It will be down to at least 400k less for next update, so 3.45 mio. Unfortune right now is the worst period to be broken, since the income usually does not cover the expenses. Likely you make 2 to 3 mio deficit, except the income from the sales. You get right now 2.7 mio from the sales, which will help for 1 update, still several to come until the regular season starts again. Here some advice: You said yes, the HR is activated. If you can, thanks to your buddies, sell as many players as possible, best those with wages over 100K. That would gain you some income and shrinks your wage amount. Look at your roster and structure it better. 2 Kickers? No. 1 is enough. 2 Punters? No. 1 is enough. At best, train a K to a P on top or the other way around and keep that P/K. Everything names KR or G? No. Use RBs/FBs as KR and LBs/CBs/SFs as G. It will be a painful period until your teams gets back on track, but with the current way, your are on a good way. 1. to do when money comes in, build the stadium to max. You say you need 16 mio. That's not that much with your current wage level and an expected shrink to even lower level. A home game + supercup game will gain you 10 to 13 mio on income, so depened on your expenses, that makes it roughly 2 of such great weeks and you have that money. Plan the building phase wisely, to avoid loss of income then. So it should be an all away-game period. 2. Cash in, until you have roughly 70+ mio on the bank, then slowly start building the roster back. Best way to do is, HIRE good players (free agents, not from other teams to buy) which costs nothing. Don't buy players, especially not bad ones. 3. Invest in season 62! in the media center full with 50.000 at the start of the season, then you have room for a wage bill of 5 to 6 mio per update. Better only to 5 mio, because otherwise you need playoff money to stay in the plus. 4. Think twice or better 3 times, before you hire, train or buy a player with a wage of 130K or more. |

For unforeseen reasons, I have a day off on Saturday. I've invited the Silvers to a game at the Lambeau-Millerntor that day.
