BOT means boring. But such a campaign increases the BOTs in a region, means, either those left do also move, which some don't want to, or they leave.

If you want to change the drain of human teams, only raising the teams not falling BOT does help.

No. I'm saying managers leave a league because it is already a boring bot league. You are saying that a league becomes boring after they left and wasn't before.

I‘m saying that for those LEFT it‘s getting more boring on top. Imagine you had 2 in the division and that One rival left. How do you think the remaining team manager feels?
But Fine, people do what they do. Last Post for me on this.

Sorry guys. I took a little time this last week to spend some summer time with family and had not been terribly involved in RZA through the draft.

Jack6, you are certainly entitled to your opinion, but being able to change leagues was designed as a tool to assist those wanting more competitive schedules. You are upset that people are using the tool? I don't understand your logic here. We should hide the tool? Listen, we all understand the mechanics behind switching leagues. I did not make switching leagues possible, and it would seem that is your real gripe.

I would agree with others here and say no one wants to play bots, but no one accepted the challenge. You didn't lose anything Jack6.

Something for others to consider when thinking about interleague poaching. Having some pride in your league and pushing other leagues to improve is good for the game. We see it everytime there is an interleague friendly cup. Managers are a limited resource now. Limited resources create competition, and competition is what keeps people in their seats. You can have a different opinion, but I say let's compete.

And finally, no, I pass on the seat in Sea Devils. I am looking for competition, remember?

Edited to say "Managers" instead of "Players".

How did this turn into a whole discussion?...I'm curious.

Also, basically BOTS also should be there because if there is an inexperienced player or a new player, that's the only way they are going to get wins if they aren't facing someone who is also new or inexperienced.

I don't think this needs to be a whole discussion though, if we need to worry about it then worry about it in your own league.

Who are you even talking to here? I posted an open invitation to anyone that might be interested in playing a human this season, rather than a bot. People keep jumping in here with opinions I didn't ask for. THAT is how it became a discussion.

I am not trying to ban bots. This has never been a part of my political platform.

Cool that you don't think it has to be a discussion, but you are more responsible for that than me at this point.

I am worried about my league amigo. Managers in a few leagues across RZA are working their butts off to create more engagment opportunities for new managers. I would like to think I am one of them. I am hoping to get some really cool stuff out this season for Fire. Rather than tear each other down, I want to support efforts by any manager of any league. Anything that keep new managers playing, even if that ends up not being in Fire.

I am just trying to spice up the regular season for me personally. I ended up not finding a dancing partner, but apparently triggered some folks in trying. No one wanted to face me though. Despite all this tough talk in the forums about wanting to play real competition and all. I get it though. I can be intimidating.

By the way, the transfer window doesn’t open again until September.

There is still time and plenty of room in the Fire AC West division. Come compete with me for a division trophy and a spot in the Fire League playoffs. I have not had a good division rival in a while, so if think you have what it takes, step on up and let's make it an interesting season!

Let's bang some heads!

Exiles would have been interested in playing in a league with more human teams (than Galaxy). Unfortunately, we got promoted to Elite from which we will probably get relegated - like last time. But I much prefer playing v human teams even if we lose loads of games.

So, if we get relegated again and then fail to win promotion again in the first season (yo-yo strategy), we may look at emigrating to a league with as few bots as possible.

I wasn't keeping the conversation going. I thought this was a closed subject when the window passed, but here we are.
