Blazer: I thought the guys really played there hearts out there today and the way we ended each half was just incredible. You have to be proud of Burton Park for that game winning catch with only 7 seconds left. Blazer: Look I'm proud of everybody! Snowboard is an elite receiver who has stepped up after Toots retired. He did his job. Snowboard spotted the blitzing SS and filled his spot. David Dauntay "David" Robinson was going to find him eventually. I mean he's 7' 1" for christmas sake! All he needs is the time to look around and the International House of Pancakes more than did their job on the play! Serving up pancakes 24/7! Those are my boys! This is Wilbur Wigglyman reporting live at Weasel HQ. In an incredible turn of events the Weasels have selected Dion "Primetime" Sanders in the Youth Pull today. How the multisport legend and current Colorado Buffalo head coach ended up in the Youth Pull is a mystery. YA head Ethan Frierson said " How could we pass on Prime? He looks great and when we asked about the bladder cancer diagnoses, he said that he was fine and ready to ball out". Cold Beer on ice, check Clear Weather, check Gaylord, Michigan is ready to host a great game tomorrow. This is a great rivalry and should be just as exciting as we all expect. Just one problem. The Canadians are not coming. Not just tomorrow for the game. You have to understand, They have stayed away all year. No vacations in Michigan or the U.S. period. I haven't heard a single "eh" all year. We are understanding of the policy. We just hope our Brother countries can work it out in the future. |

This is Wally Waggertails reporting from Germany. What was supposed to be a coronation for the St. Pauli Packers ended in confusion today. The heavily favored Packers were visiting cross town rival HAMBURG SEA LIONS in a meaningless game for the Burgermeister Meisterburger trophy that St. Pauli had already locked up. Down 24-20 in the 4th quarter, St. Pauli valiantly drove down to the SEA LION 7 only to kick a meaningless field goal with time expiring to make the final score 24-23 SEA LIONS. Packer representatives were not available to comment at this time. This loss will certainly have playoff seeding implications and god only knows what happens with the Handsy-in-the-attic prize.

Wally Waggertails reporting from Weasel HQ for the Weasel News Network
The strange, yet pleasant and easy to dance to, chant of "2 and 2" has taken over here in Gaylord Michigan. Weasel players and coaches started the chant at the Friday morning team meeting. It can be loud and it can be soft but the pace is unmistakable, the chant has taken the organization over. Word is from very weasly sources inside the organization, the chant "2 and 2" refers to upcoming games in the Sea Devil Friendly cup as well as the Sea Devil playoffs. Those same sources revealed that the phrase is even going to be used by the team as the snap count for these upcoming games. We here at Weasel News Network will stay on top of the story. |
