I think the unique part is the power mode in addition to it beeing rza wide for all players. That makes it newb friendly in terms of the powermode, since they get a real chance. It adds to the community feeling, since they compete against the entire rza world, it cost them nothing and even adds a bonus to the youngsters. I could imagine this, jacks suggestion, could be the first trophy to obtain for younger teams, even though the competition is huge but not "unfair". For me that sets it apart from the supercup, friendly cups and the playoffs (league and supercup), which new teams mostly dont reach or leave again real quick. So in terms of enriching the rza expierience in the game for new players the mentioned keypoints (fair competition, no cost, participation in rza with the community and something to win) adds to that idea. While active players and "senior" players would mostly enjoy another competition anyways. If its also no must join, its not even putting presure. I would even add, to let the teams opt out of it, instead of opting in. So new players dont even have to understand where and how to join that competition. You got it. ![]() Except one thing, I would rather have all in it by default and no opt out than managers having to do something to opt in or being able to opt out. Why? Because then you don't have to deal with an odd number of teams and it's just THERE instead of having to click somewhere to do someting. -> there is a game on Wed/Sun and deal with it. -> You hate the cometition, just ignore it, you only lose that bonus for youth players |

OK I understand the reason for and against this.. I on a return to RZA - have seen some items that have changed the game. Going back to another time , when I did enter a friendly cup, I started with 2 wins was top then took a big loss, that put me out.. yes the RZA needs something to move forward.. { keeping New Human players }. Talking to a few new team players I have found, they also have restarted playing.. so with this in mind I wonder if this could be an answer : Play teams in your ELO Numbers { ie over 900 - over 700 - over 520 } that way old players can mix with long term Humans, teams who just miss out on a Bowl {play off team } teams that don't make Play Off and new players starting teams - the reason players walk away from RZA could be they don't have a chance to win against the higher ELO teams, so the break down in divisions could have own little Award, maybe a few extra ELO points to help teams move up the ladder -

To lose a friendly day to create the type of thing being discussed would for me be an interesting thing.
