My third round pick is an RB/FB with yellow-capped speed but uncapped strength. He's just smart enough to count past ten without needing to take off his shoes, so I'll wait until he hits his max speed before I decide to either put him on the market or just cut him. What's your approach to RBs/FBs and intelligence? Just curious cuz you mentioned it. I've favored smarter (40+) players for FB, but I honestly even forget why... ![]() Truth be told, I prefer high intelligence for all my players. How much does it help players besides MLBs, QBs, and OLs? I don't know; I just like having smart players. ![]() Doesn't it have an effect on interceptions? I always have WR/TEs and CB/SFs at 40+ Honestly, I don't know. Could be, but hard to judge. Has anyone some data on that? Like a period of time with dumb WR and another with clever one, with quite similar QBs on it? Sure, almost on every stat is the more the better. |

NC South Ruhrpott Miners 15 1 Paxtang Black Panthers 14 2 Copenhagen Lions 10 6 Saucon Valley (BOT) 2 14 As every season will the Miners underestimate their strength and yes, this season, we might see the Panthers win the division. I did split the series and by that gave the Miners the division, again, but time will tell. Panthers are good equipped, but it’s hard to tell, whoms retirements did hit whom harder, Miners or the Panthers. That's not fair. The other teams deliberately played so poorly against us and let us win. We weren't even that strong. And when it really mattered, we lost.
Okay. Sarcasm off. At the beginning of the season, we're still developing. By the end of the season, I hope to have made a big step forward and come close to reaching the team's current potential. The quarterback position could remain an area for improvement, but we're focusing on development there as well. |
