Well, I will be honest, I have made some bad decisions regarding some contracts I have gotten into with my players...
I have seriously considered disabling contract mode at the season rollover to go ahead and try to fire these players for free, however I have a question about this: Will I be able to switch back to contract mode at any time or will I have to wait awhile to go back to contract mode? |

It's not explicity stated, but I think, once the switch was made at rollover, you can return to HR Department afterwards at anytime.
But for sure that only knows the guy programmed it or someone who did this before. I never did that. |

well hopefully it is since there isn't anything about it in the manual, but when I had skill-based contracts before I switched, I'm pretty sure it enabled it immediately. Now whether or not this scenario would be different since I would've just switched, I don't know...
