Hi, I would like to introduce another supporter feature, so called training profiles.

Whats the benefit: you store several profiles. And before the training you load a profile into the training page. The players and coaches are acting based in this profile, until you enable another profile or until you change the training regime itself.

Where to struggle...I am sure it makes no sense to introduce such profiles based on player groups like Linebackers or Quarterbacks, it should be based on players. Imagine you store today for your guys a profile...now you enter the transfer market, or sell/fire players...missing players are no problem, since the information of those missing players is just put into the waste...but how to handle players in your roster, that were not in your team when you created the profile?

Please tell, what you expect!

The training profile itself contains a name, and an information per player (not fitness skill, fitness skill, percentage).

Can't wait to read your opinion - even if you dont like to use it due whatever ("I am refusing to support you, Pete" ).

Hi,

ok, so how I understand it:
The manager creates one traning-profile for all the players on his roster. In this training profile the training regime for each player can be put in individually. Then the profile is saved.
Also there can be numerous training profiles i.e. one for physicals training, one for main stats training, one for morale training and so on.
If I understood the whole thing correctly, it would be a nice feature.

As for your question, I'd say putting the new/bought player in one of the profiles shouldn't be that time consuming/difficult. Except when you plan to buy all players on the market

I hope I understood everything correctly and thx for reading my first real post in the forums

Sounds like a "nice to have". So far I have gotten along quite nicely by managing the training program for every player individually, here in RZA as well as in the beta-version.
If you implement it, I doubt I'll be using it.

i think this idea comes from GLB

You put limits and trains automatically as long as limt reached

So you say:

QB Profiel: Passing 30, Agility 20, Vision 30

And you do nothing for long time and get then message when nothing to train

Is this showing the idea of the training profiles correctly?

If so: wondering a bit - asked which skills useful and a user tell me no profiles available so not possible to build cookiecutter players

But this Training profile look for me like a "cookie form"

But maybe i am wrong due to bad understanding of what is written as it happened to me several times

No, this is not as we have it in mind. The suggestion was made during the beta test by a tester. I dont know where he got it from. The profiles should give you an easy way to change the teams training regime. The situation in the future will be you: you will need to train physical condition from time to time, especially when you are in the postseason, and many competitions are played at the same time. Then the exhaustion is bigger than the rest effect, and you need to switch from whatever to one week PC training. Now it is quite annoying to do this manually, and using the "overwrite all" thing in the training page might not lead you to the goal you would like to achieve. The training profiles give you an easy opportunity to do so.

And no, there is no automatic "training robot" like you may know it from other games. It is not the goal of RZA to create lazy managers nor we want to make it an autopilot

I like the idea to change to all of then PC is easy, but set up back the original training will take ages and will be gone. With this feature it would be great to save the training profile and upload it again after PC training is over.
