Short version:

The wildcat is not a real formation, it is more a special trickplay, were the center snap the ball direkt to a Runnigback. The RB could direkt run, hand off the ball or throw the ball. The QB could watch the play or act as a WR.

Try this:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wildcat_formation

It's a little bit more than a trick play, but no teams players only the wildcat.

And there is nothing stupid about asking!

Thank you very much. I read this in wiki. That means the wildcat offense is possible without a QB in the offense. I thought, in a Offense must be always a QB.

NO!

There are only a few critical rules in offense:
1. 7 men on the line, outside players are allowed to catch passes.
2. 1 can reach into the neutral zone and has to bring the ball out of it in one movement (snap)
3. 1 foreward pass, unlimited sideward or backward passes.
4. In passing plays, the inner linemen have to stay at or behind line of scrimage.
5. prior to the snap, all players are not allowed to move, exect motion (backfield, sideward ...)

I think that's all.

Everything else developed from that rules.

In the wildcat, normally, to confuse the defense, the QB is on the field and lines up as WR.

"Line" Int calculation is mentioned here. I don't follow. What is it?

The engine is using the "Offense INT" or "Defense INT" average in some special situations....This is ment by "line INT"

yep, needed on things like penalty calculation as example.. But again, don't overrate this one - just a very minor effect
