Is there any possibility that our players in the draft board are already capped in any of the physical abilities? You know what I mean?

I think I remember reading somewhere that the draft players will tend to be near full physical ability and about half developed at their position skills.
My draft board makes me think this is accurate, as the only players under 30 Speed (for example) are P, K, and OL. And I'm pretty sure the guy with 50 speed is maxed out! 
Although I have my fingers crossed that some of the weaker DBs still have some room to train their Strength. |

After scouting all the players in my draft I would have to say alot them must be capped. There are the majority that are at 40+ already at the age of 18!

statistics...
caps apply from 35 to 50...with their peek at 42.5. This means, if the guys on the draft are 40+...  |

quick question... I have scouted absolutely no draft players (I dont care if your in my league or not... its too early in the game for me to have trade secrets)
Are drafted players more positional ready than the players that are on your team from the beginning or youth pull guys? I say this because I'm one of those guys who absolutely dislikes these players being equally good at all positions... |

Even drafting last you will end up with 3 guys who will be immediate starters. Everyone on my board has at least 20 in their primary skill, so you will find they are more specialized.
