Two questions:
1. Hint: "Some Seniors (21) will leave the Team if we don't act HR Department". These players have all 2 years of contract, my HR Dep. is working: why can they leave the team? 2. Can I extend an exixting 3-years contract? In yes, how? |

1. The players have a contract till the end of season 2, not for two more seasons. As this is now season 2, they will leave your team at the end of the season.

In AFSIM I thought it were a 2 seasons contracts instead one contract until end season 2 ...... I lost half my team

I think something wrong here. It clearly said when you sign a player: "this season and 2 more", which means you sign a player for 3 years and not until the end of season 2. It would be nice if admin clarify signing rules.
I did not lost anyone as I signed all my players for multiple year deals, but I think it's not good for the game if team owners lost players because signing rules were not properly described. |

Your HR has the option to sign for 'this season and another' or 'this season and two more' as well as franchise contracts.
Some of us signed contracts for +1 and +2 years. For instance, my backup QB is a 1*, 15TW guy, and I was hoping to replace him by the end of Season 2. So I have 35 guys who are on that +1 year of the contract they signed last season. I'm okay with it, as I knew it would be this way, and obviously I won't be able to replace all of them, so many will get another contract offer later this season. so the only way to lose one of these guys is if I don't re-sign him, and my 'Hints' assistant will be reminding me all season.  |

It is (should be) exactly as written down..
if you sign for this and another season, this includes this and next season. if you dont act, the player will leave your team at the end of the NEXT (S3) season - not the end of THIS (S2) season |
