Yes!
OC - must be the best OL player!

Don't think so. He maybe must be the most balanced one.
It's no wonder that the OTs get the most money in the NFL, since they have the highest responsibility for protecting the QB and have to be the best. Period.

At the end, it always depends on the system you play.
If you play a triple option offense with 80-90% running, you might put your best OL somewhere inside.
If you play spread offense with 80-90% pass, you want your QB protected the best way and the best OL plays OT or maybe always against the best DL from the opposing team.

In amateur football it happens that the best OL is the guard, since he has to open the lanes against the DT and the Center is second best with the snapping ability.

The best and the strongest is not equal!

And balanced doesn't mean strong. I don't get your comment.

NT: Big Strong
DE: Fastes Dliner (Passrush)
DT: all you have left

and if you play a 3-4 defense with only 3 Downlineman the Defense End is not an Passrusher (This Part takes an LB) so they don´t have to be to fast (exept you do Zoneblitzing but thats way to complicated for a sim )

Overall NT the strongest DE the fastest guys you got on Dline.
Aunt Edit says don´t forget they have to Tackel

Best blockers are usually Tackles (with the best on QB weakside where ha cannot see the blitz coming)

Why?
The pocket a formed by Center and Guards.

The pocket is formed by ALL O-liners.

The tackles have the fastest opponents and the most space to protect.
There is a reason why the LT is the second highest paid player on a team.

Yes. Of course by all O-liners.
Tackles have the fastest opponents, by guards - more heavy...
But again, as about OC - the best is not strongest.
