Because of this it is called 3-3-5 and not nickel
The nickel formation would be an option for a new formation. |

Please read this:
Nickel Defense It's not a complete article, but quit OK. The thing is, in a Nickel Defense in Real Life, you let you 5 best DBs play, regardless of their natual position as CB, SS or FS. In the article it is stated, that TCU is using 3! safties. |

Please read this from wiki and look for Nickel.
Realy, central SS have not any sence behinde MLB for nickel or dime package. I have written about game with 3 SF. But it is LSS-SFS-RSS. Last edited on 2011-12-06 10:29:01 by dark_wing |

And keep in mind, that only Peter knows, how the engine interprets the positioning.
