I'm not sure if it really is a bug, but I've looked through the manual and haven't found it there.
So, almost everytime I refresh page of a player I want to buy it show different values. How come? |

Values are just an estimation of reality if you don't scout him with a level 20 scout... So you don't have his real values and estimation can change!

 Weird, but fine. The game has too much money, so it's OK to force managers spend them on scouts and reports. |

Scouting can add up a bit...$2,500*96 draftees = $240,000.
It's a start at getting some $$ off the books. |
