This is not a big thing, but I don´t like to have double or maybe triple Team Names. I talk about : Frankfurt Galaxy and Vikings. I found those teams in different leagues, but its possible that they will play in the same Supercup Division or in the same Friendly Cup.
And then I think it is very stupid to watch the game: Frankfurt Galaxy at Frankfurt Galaxy Therefore I ask what do you think about and it is possible that in case of rename a team or create a new team name the system don´t allow a double team name? Thanks Kottan |

If it is partial names then that should be ok.
Example: Frankfurt Vikings and Frankfurt Galaxy Same name is too confusing to people. Example: Frankfurt Vikings and Frankfurt Vikings. |

even it is confusing: I don't like to restrict that. Imagine there is a New England Pats team already, and another, die hard fan, joins the game? Why shouldnt he be allowed to use the name of his favorite team?

I wouldn't restrict it also.
This will level out with increasing managers. And ... with restrictions we wouldn't be able to reanimate the DICE ROLLING SUCKERS.  |

I would think that adding some sort of suffix in paranthesis - something like (Cla2.2) which describes the league and division of the team could help differentiate teams of the same name.
