How are special teams chosen? And from what position players are chosen? How many/what type of special teams players are used?

Special Team :
Kicker (1) Punter (1) Gunner (2) Kick Returner (2) You have to chose them on your Depth Chart Last edited on 2011-12-23 03:54:56 by NYDOGS |

Maybe I better rephrase.....
Team A needs to use their punt formation while Team B plans to return it. Who is on the field for Team A and Team B? Is there a long snapper? Do the gunner/s get matched off against comparable players on the recieving team? Are they reserves/backups (as usually happens in NFL games)? Team A is about to start the game by kicking off to Team B. Who is on the field? Team A is about to take a field goal or PAT attempt against Team B (assume those have the same roster set for this game). Who is on the field? |

3 on 2 even...... 2 gunners and (kicker/punter) vs 2 kick returners.
Does 1 of the kick returners get to block? If so, which of the two? (Apart from "the one without the ball" - the first in the chart or the second) Last edited on 2011-12-23 10:29:18 by Fruitloop |

Not more...Basically it is (speed * tackling) vs (speed * carrying) and carrying plus some helping skills |
