My weekly Facility maintenance is -130,000.
That seems too high for just a Mountain ($5k/wk) and a Weight Room ($10k/Wk). I'm guessing it also includes the youth Academy (Lvl 2, $110k/Wk). That still totals $125k/Wk ... not $130k. What else is included in "Facility maintenance"? the Fanshop? Hall of Fame? Thanks! Edit - on further research, I see it is indeed the Fanshop; @ $5k/week. Never mind. I've stopped looking at numbers a long time ago.... I'll just sign a blank check until my player get some serious skills and salaries start to dent my wallet. Thats when i'll start checking couch cushions around the main offices for change...

Well - full confession here: I initially was looking at that $130k and thinking "Whoa - I only have 2 facilities, and they only cost $15k/Wk. Maybe there is something wrong here."
After bugging me for 24hrs I decided to post and ask about it. Of course, once I started this thread it dawned on my feeble brain that the YA and Fanshop might have maintenance fees. So I checked and sure enough, that was the answer. I recently raised my YA a couple levels but was still used to the old cheap maintenance fee total which was like $30k/wk. For whatever reason numbers less than 6-digits don't seem to catch my eye, but when I saw the $130,000 it popped. So, anyway - here I was, halfway through my post and realized it really did belong in the Newbie thread as I had totally foxed myself. I finished it, then thought, "gee that makes me look like a goof"; so I went back to delete it, but you can't delete a post in a thread with just the one post. :: sigh :: So I'm practicing my humility. (With 2 losses this week, I'm getting lots and lots of practice!) |

Does anyone know how much the fan shop maintenance is?
The manual points out that there is maintenance, but not how much it costs: manual wrote:
Once the Shop is active you will get charged for maintenance on a weekly base - if you sell stuff or not! |
