maybe I'm missing something really really obvious here, but .......
I was just checking some forthcoming opponents by looking at their previous games. One team Rushed 27 times from a Shotgun 2 formation. That doesn't make much sense to me. Maybe rush once or twice from a shotgun formation to add some variety/catch the other team off balance. But is Rushing most of the time from a Shotgun formation very wise ?? somebody please enlighten me |

Some people think you would have a benefit from doing the same odd move all game long. But it isn't that way, the defense is learning inside he engine.
try to be different from move to move! Last edited on 2012-01-11 13:33:49 by Admin |

But this must be knew but would declare why i won only by 70 my last game against a bot and not by 100 point difference. Where did i miss this announcement? Thanks for clarification! |

by rushing using the shotgun 2WR all the time, the engine for defense recognises this and begins to use a run stop formation whenever the offense uses shotgun 2WR

thank you.... really good to know!
but with this solution i think the engine is likely to go beyond the intentions of the coach... would not be better instead (my opinion) to develop a different system of management (with more options where possible) for the defensive playbook? and at this point I would like to know .... this works also for other kinds of formations ... i.e passes from the Big-I? It workds based on the settings in your D Playbook. And this feature is not new |

Most online game engines are static...the team uses the same tactic/strategy without much adjustment or modification for the whole game. Steve SD Blitz |

Does that algorithm also dependent on the down? Or does it "simply" look at the formations and their rush/pass-distribution?
