Apologies in advance if this sounds like a really dumb question, but I'm struggling to phrase this correctly, anyway, here goes ......
What is the difference between the higher/lower divisions e.g. between 2.2 and 2.1 ... I'm taking for granted the fact that teams in 2.1 will be better than 2.2 , and that teams in 1.1 will be better than 2.1. But is there anything else significant ? i.e. do teams in a higer div get higher attendance ? or more sponsor money/win bonus ? or is there a Cup competition only for higher teams etc ??? Hope you can see where I'm going with this, my english is normally good, but today I just seem to be waffling and incoherent !  ....... |

Acutall there are 2 Leaguelevels with each 2 Conferences and 2 Divisions. 2.1 and 2.2 are on the same level. The attandance and sponsors are the same for all leaguelevels. Ok, I think I get it now.
Is it accurate to say that the only difference between 1.1 and 2.1/2.2 is that the teams in 1.1 are of a higher standard, everything else is the same ? |
