I'm not meaning to be pedantic here (apologies if this seems pedantic), I just want to totally clarify this (in my own head) ........ when you say "youth pulls are better" , by 'better' I think you are referring to how well developed the players are, rather than talent star levels ... the talent star levels that the youth pulls have is totally random irrespective of youth academy level or scout level, is that correct ?? |

The possibility of higher developed (skills/talent) is higher on higher scouts |
