I'm currently looking for an assistant coach, but haven't got a lot of CP left to hire one. The coaches that are currently on the market require more CP than I can spend.
I think it would be helpful for choosing your coaches, that, if their CP total exceeds your remaining CPs, it gets trimmed down to the average value of available CP for those coaches you want to hire. Example: Bid on 3 coaches with a total of 240 CP. CP left just 150. If winning the bid on those coaches, they are counting as having CP 50. The idea behind this suggestion is, that the coaches on the market have an average value of about 65-70 (haven't done a calculation on this one, it's just an estimated value of what I've seen so far), while owners might more often than not have one or two open coaches spots on their staff which can't be filled with those available. |

Right now he set it up this way to prevent older team have to much adage over younger teams. Plus he still messing around with the coaches a bit.
But I do wish that it was 50cp more as I have coach in ever position expect one. I got 8 cp left lol But I did this by getting coach at or under 55cp and it seems to be working great so far. Last edited on 2012-02-09 12:35:53 by andrew2scott2 |
