In a few games in which a player only play in OLC position he had 0 blocks. When play in another OL position he had some blocks. Then, Centers don´t block?

They block against Nose Tackle(NT) who plays only in 5-2 and 5-3-3 defensive formations.

There is a small chance the C is blocking vs DTs

And against a 3 man front (3-4-4/3-3-5), the centre should be pretty busy....?

So...do people recommend your best linemen not be a center? Also, do you guys think intelligence varies in need based on position on the online?

Well I don´t know iits the right way to do, but I would put my most intelligent guys at center and tackle. Also I would put my strongest guys to the inside while the faster guys stay on the outside. My center won´t be the best lineman, but he surely is the most intellegent, so he handles the snap right also he would be the strongest and should have high footwork to counter the skills against the keyplayers he mmight go up against.

Do OCs (or any other OL positions) block against blitzing LB and SF?

It seems that the 5-3-3 is pretty popular in trying to stop the run. Of course, I think all O-linemen are block in that scenario.
