I'm not very well versed in using formula's in a spreadsheet. Does anyone know how I can put the training formula into a spreadsheet so that upon entering each player's teamwork it will spit out a minimum and maximum training points? Did that make sense?

This is totally tricky (but possible).

1. Coaches Calculated CP out of CP, Exp and Con and then AC-CP calculated by this value -40 if AC is there or 1 else
2. Training formular with that value of the position AC and TW and 25 as min and 40 as max added all together
-> so one column =(AC-CP+TW+25)/2/100 and the other =(AC-CP+TW+40)/2/100
3. Those values muliplicated with percentage of fittness and other skills
4. multiplicated with facility bonus one after another

problem is, that the calculated CP is multidimensional, because it has a randome factor as well and two skills as reference.
