I think that the wages should be base on the same scale as you already have. But use the 3 skills that effect the positions or his highest 3 skills and use the average instead of the highest skill for wages.

example MLB if his tackling 30 position 25 and vision 20
you use the average so he get paid as a 25 skilled player.

or other example
FB who got 25 blocking 15 carrying 20 vision
So he would get paid for a 20 instead of the 25

Either way you get the point.

there is no need for that, there is already enought money in the game and players should care about what skills they train and if they decide to train one skill monsters they should pay for it. (Not that this will be effective)

I can go with that But I know That there was several Dart pick that If I would of got I would had no choice but to sell them . Because I'm a young team yet.

One example was a WR
who had 32 catching and only 12 positioning and 13 vision and was slow to boot.like 33 speed I think.

But still think it should be the overall skill pay for a player that the most effective.

so again I think this is great idea over all as It would make you pay more if your player was truly good player. Not just a special teams player who got one good skill that lacks in other areas. Just look at real life the have to have multiply skills to make the big bucks they can't just be good at one think and make insane money.
Admin might even adjust the wages a little as the chance of getting a player even 40 40 40 is slim with the training rates unless you got a really good draft pick

I'm with sharoth. This suggestion would kill the trade-off between balanced players and one-skill-wonders.

Sorry, but even a young team can easily effort the first 3 drafties and after that first season, it shouldn't be an issue for a long time.

I kinda see what andrew is saying. Basically you should pay a player based on what skills are actually applied to his position. Only thing is I think its kinda like that already. for the most part said player will get a pay based on what his primary skills are anyway (since those are going to be the ones highest).

Only reason I'm with you though andrew is I HATE having to overpay for a player who is good at something I dont need him to be good in. But its an assest and u gotta pay for it just because of the possibility of position change.
