On office/Overview there are given some skills of the team. P.ex. "passing" and "running". Does this mean the players WR and TE for passing and RB for running? Or is there more to know behind it?

These ratings implement the skills of the players who were involved in the last regular game in this category.
For rushing: RB, FB, OL For Passing: QB,WR,TE,OL ... The formula behind the rating is kryptic and top secret. |

So the Oline and LB groups have more value in those ratings.
