Bidding on a player and I notice when you go and look at him things like his ratings and position change. Was bidding on a qb and when I went back to bid again his position was now listed as a DL and his passing and strength rates had changed.

Haven't hired one yet. I thought about that being a reason, but why should the players position change? Can't ever think of a defensive lineman ever coverting over to quarterback or vice versa on the pro level.

We call it unsharpening, you can read more in the manual. If a player is trasnferlisted, there is no way to change his position, so I have no idea what happened, are you sure about this? |

i think it was a player we were both bidding on last night...but the position didn't change for me.

Yes it did change, and I have seen this before with other players I had bid on. Needing players It really wasen't that big of a deal and kinda figured it might have had something to do with the scouting thing. Need to develop a QB was why I bid on him. My fault for not hiring a scout yet in future plans before end of season. Thanks for the info.
