lol, I have scout level 20. No big deal. I'm not concerned. Worst case I blew 200k. Which amounts to very, very, very, very little in this economy. You are an upstanding designer.

OK, to be honest: I don't use the transfer market, and I don't scout the players on the draft. I just sort them by rating descending, and move the special teamers to the bottom. There is no tactic behind, I would call it laziness
