When I get a scout report on a player will I see if he currently has a yellow or red cap flag on his physical skills?

Nope. Scouts won't show caps.
Most managers will answer a PM if you ask them. If it's a free agent or a draftee, then you just have to hope for the best. |

Thanks guys appreciate the insights, was hoping that I could get lvl 20 scout and avoid buying players with low caps but I guess it's just a case of rolling the dice and seeing what you get....

Lvl 20 scout is possibly THE best money that I ever spent in RZA. Without a 20 scout you're effectively just playing guessing games ; I can think of no reason for ever ditching my lvl 20 and going back to lvl 1 ..... I'd rather sell one of my kidneys than my lvl 20 scout !  |
