	the answer is: 0 TC = 0.8, 100 TC = 1.0

	is it right understand player whit 95% TC in the beginning of the match, with skill Speed 30 Tackling 20 Vision 10 will have in the beginning of the match Speed 29,7 Tackling 19,8 Vision 9,9 and when the game go on then he will drop more TC and drop more skill?
