freeagency will kill the nfl somedays but´s ok with me collegegames are better, as i think in my little world...

It has also some flaws, like managers build their star OL and then this damn money gready ass runs off to another team, once I couldn't effort him any more. There are emotions in such long term trained players.

Also it gets ugly in low skill areas, since almost every player could be everything. So how does this fit in?

Jack I like where your going with this.. but the principal idea is going to go counter what a lot of other managers idea of player transferring is. I've always been a proponent of the individual player understanding their self-worth well beyond the actual negotiation period.

it will be more work and a basic overhaul in the player system this idea but a long with players "understanding their values".. you could also a sort of "preferred" position(s) once a player hits a certain age mark. Basically once a player gets.. lets say 25.. he is pretty set in playing a set position and any change in that fact will result in a permanent loss in moral/tc. its the hope that this would help prevent managers maxing out players in one position then putting them in another for the purposes of lowering their value.

again very rough idea.
