Ok, maybe I've missed the boat on the importance of teamwork.
What I thought: Teamwork helps with a little bonus in training, and my understanding is that is was a "little." Helps with the PC at rollover. Good for OLINE and DLINE. Causes for me to be confused: On another thread I had a wr discussed where he went from being a great wr to bad, then basically just ok because his teamwork was 12. Someone else on another thread used teamwork as the second evaluation tool for youth pulls. Others have remarked in the past how they want players with high TW and it seemed to be a priority for them. What I want to know How important is tw to training? Such as over the course of a season how much of a difference in sp is 50 tw to 25 tw to 10 tw? I understand coaches will be a factor, but assume there are no coaches involved. How big a deal is it for players on the line to have 40+ tw vs 20+ tw. Is it something I should pay significantly more for? How much of a difference is it for PC at rollover? I understand that Peter does not post what skills are important for what players and to what degree. I also know that Peter posts the exact forumulas for training in regards to coaches and such. Is it posted about the effect of TW on training? If it is, where as I didn't see it. If it isn't, then can we have that on there? Thank you and have a nice day. |

A player with great TW can get up to 0,2 Skillpoint each Trainingssession compared to a player with TW <20. For the Line an average TW-value is calculated. I think an average of 30-35 is good. More is allways not wrong. I think TE count also to the OL and TW might be also good for LB. The influence at the rollover is minimal. With high TW you can save one extra PC-Training. |

I understand coaches will be a factor, but assume there are no coaches involved. I don't know anything about its influence on the line, but for training I can give you an example using your LB coach, so EXP=3,5*, CON=5*, CP=81: - a 50 TW player will get for his 10% training 0,060738 and for his 90% 0,546638 skill points - a 25 TW player will get 0,048238 and 0,434138 - a 10 TW player will get 0,040738 and 0,366638 So the difference you'll be getting in skill points from a 50 TW player and a 10 TW player for a whole season's worth of training is 4,8 points more for the 50 TW guy (so yeah, roughly 0,2 sp more per training as written above). |

The formula copied from the coaching section of the manual is as follows:
Skill points = The percentage out of (random 25:40 + Teamwork + AC-CP-Formula)/2 / 100 Without a coach the bonus from 50 TW compared to 10 TW will be at least 100% ekstra training points. With a coach at max it will still be more than 40% ekstra training points. |
