I have 70 players and 2 open spots in my YA. I'm not allowed to bid on a 19 years old player, because "You would have more players on your roster than allowed, you can not place a bid on this player."

Why?

Two ways are possible: count 19 ys old for the YA or count them for the senior team. If I go for the first, It is exploitable then. If I go for the second, it is as it is now. What's right?

Would be possible for player 20 years and younger to check first the YA for open spots. If there is no spot open, than check the senior rooster for an open spot.
For me this would be the locigal order, because this is the way the youth will be sort in you roster after a successful Transfer.

But I will think for complications of this way.
