I have checked the game page and it states currently that a switch of venue is not possible. FYI I am not seeking a homefield advantage here, but it does seem like I am slightly financially penilized because someone quit the game? I do take the point that the game will be easier against a bot team, but what if I lost anyway? Maybe a solution would be to up the number of spectators at bot stadia for PO games? Just a thought... No in my opinion, because actually BoT stadiums are bigger that some human stadiums that you can find in the playoffs. I agree with Malkarma...last year I got to the conference final. The wildcard playoff was away at a human team with a 10330 stadium, the divisional playoff was away at a team that had just turned Human therefore only had 5000 seats ...meant that I earned very little money but that was never the point. I just wanted to get promotion...I knew that my stadium was gonna be much bigger next year anyway ... I don't really see the playoffs as being about earning money for 2.2/2.1 teams, they should be about getting promoted to 1.1 . |

These playoff games are for getting promoted, as mentioned already. Earning money is just a side effect. |

I don't think Botteams accept offers to change the venue. You could try, though. Not in playoff games...in supercup divisional games as example you can switch the venue when meeting a bot at his home Stand corrected, had a review in the source code. The manual is right. Bowl games and league games are not allowed for switching venues away from bot stadiums. So playoffs ARE! But not on the day the game happens... Damn, I knew we made a change here, but it was applied in a kind dirty way, that confused myself The gamecenter lets switch you venues as long as the following conditions are met Game in the future (at least 1 calendar day) Game type not regular league, CoC Bowl, SC Bowl, League Wildcard, league Divisional PO, league Conference Championship, League Super Bowl, League relegation. The source I looked at was the old one, before the change. So the manual is right, yes. "league games" translates to "league including postseason", not "regular saison league games"...but I will make it more clear there, to avoid future confusion, even for myself. |

that makes sense cant see the NFL changing game venues because the weaker side has a bigger stadium.
Maybe the bowl games could be played at the largest stadium in the conference though or alternate between the maxed out stadiums over the seasons Not sure how easy that would be to write into the programme and manage though Last edited on 2012-04-27 15:09:54 by bwadders76 |

Hey hey
We could create kind of an auction, where the owners have to bid for the right to host the Bowl Maybe the host gets some ticket revenue too, and of course some fanshop money OK, not meant to be a serious suggestion |

It is like the ProBowl on Hawai. Nice weather, hot chicks and a big party. |
