I'm a bit confused by this, I'm hoping there is a very simple answer.
Sometime during the weekend, on saturday I think ... I changed positions for 3 players ,therefore they all took the TC/Morale hit. The TC for all 3 players is at the same level, however the morale for each player (of the 3) is at a different level. I've read the manual, and it seems to suggest that morale hits/gains are based upon team performances. All 3 players were involved in a friendly ....but I don't think Friendlies have any effect on Morale (is that correct ?). So, I'm slightly puzzled as to why the morale of the 3 players is at different levels ....... are there other factors affecting individual morale (such as PC or teamwork or something ....this sounds a bit crazy but I thought I'd ask)... or is Morale solely based upon wins/losses in each competitive (i.e non-Friendly) game that a player takes part in ? |

you can gain morale with a psycologist in team staff, higher level higher grows.

I've got no psychologist ....just the useless level 1 default guy. I've not played a competitive match since the last league game....ages ago. I don't want to use the word 'bug' because I know so very little about Morale, however I do have some CSV downloads and some RZAMS snapshots that I've looked at briefly, I still can't understand why the 3 players would have different morale values ....any ideas ?? |

No diferent initial morale before the change? If someone was injured or out DC
Edit: in my roster change position same day 3 players they have the same morale now (93%) Last edited on 2012-05-01 18:17:42 by Nestoro |

If someone was injured or out DC Edit: in my roster change position same day 3 players they have the same morale now (93%) That's interesting ...definitely not the same for me...here's my timeline :- Apr 21 - last league game Apr 23 - all 3 players 100% morale Apr 26 - all 3 still 100% morale Apr 28th - changed 3 positions before Sat evening friendly Apr 29 - 2 players same morale (as each other), 1 different (to other two) May 1(today) - all 3 players different morale (from each other) am I missing something really really obvious ? |
